For an election, information on the roster for a person who votes an early voting ballot in person or by mail shall be made available on the publicly accessible city Internet website by 11 a.m. on the day following the day the early voting clerk: (i) enters the roster listing for a person voting in person, or (ii) receives a ballot voted by mail.
